By accessing or using FatNarwhal (the “Service”, “Site”, or “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.

FatNarwhal is an information and data aggregation platform. The Service currently includes:

• Prediction Market Comparator — side-by-side display of publicly available market odds and implied probabilities from Polymarket and Kalshi, including spread and consensus figures derived from those sources.
• Quant Data Tools — interactive charts, technical indicators, fundamental data, backtesting, Monte Carlo simulation, portfolio analysis, and related tools, provided for informational and educational purposes only.
• Sports Data — aggregated odds and lines from sports data providers, displayed for informational and comparison purposes.
• Dispatch — editorial articles, market commentary, and tool explainers published by the FatNarwhal editorial desk.

FatNarwhal is not a bookmaker, sportsbook, casino, prediction market, brokerage, or any other form of licensed gambling or financial services operator. We do not accept wagers, bets, or investments of any kind. We do not hold, manage, or transmit user funds.

All content on FatNarwhal — including market odds, probability figures, spreads, consensus estimates, analysis, and any editorial content — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes:

• Financial, investment, or trading advice
• Gambling advice or a recommendation to place any bet or wager
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument

The “FN Consensus” figure and any FatNarwhal-branded estimates are statistical derivations (e.g., averages of publicly reported probabilities) and do not represent original research, proprietary analysis, or guaranteed predictions. Past performance and displayed odds are not indicative of future results.

You should consult a qualified financial advisor, licensed bookmaker, or legal professional before making any investment, betting, or financial decision. You alone are responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained from this Service.

The Quant Data Tools provided through FatNarwhal — including but not limited to interactive charts, technical indicators, backtesting engines, Monte Carlo simulations, and portfolio analysis tools — are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of any investment outcome.

Backtesting and simulation results are hypothetical, based on historical data, and do not account for transaction costs, slippage, taxes, or other real-world factors. Past performance of any strategy modeled in these tools is not indicative of future results. You should not make investment decisions based solely on outputs from these tools without consulting a qualified financial advisor.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use this Service. By using FatNarwhal, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service.

In jurisdictions where viewing or accessing sports betting odds or prediction market data is restricted or prohibited, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this Service complies with applicable local laws.

FatNarwhal aggregates data from third-party APIs and sources. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of data displayed on this Site. Odds and probability figures may be delayed, incomplete, or out of date. Data may differ from figures shown on the originating platforms due to latency, API limitations, or changes made after our last refresh.

We make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any data, content, or information available through the Service. You acknowledge that any reliance on such data is at your own risk.

The Service may experience downtime, errors, or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service aggregates data from and may link to third-party platforms and data providers, including but not limited to Polymarket, Kalshi, The Odds API, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Pinnacle, and financial data services. These third parties operate under their own terms of service, privacy policies, and applicable legal requirements. FatNarwhal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in control of these third parties except where explicitly stated.

Accessing third-party platforms is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or practices of any third-party service. Any transactions, bets, or activities you conduct on third-party platforms are solely between you and those platforms.

FatNarwhal may earn affiliate commissions or referral fees when you click certain partner links on this Site and subsequently register for or make purchases through those partner platforms. Where affiliate relationships exist, we will endeavor to disclose them clearly at the point of the relevant link or promotion. Affiliate relationships do not influence the data, odds, or editorial content we display — our comparisons and editorial coverage are independent.

Affiliate commissions, if any, are paid by the third-party platform and do not add any cost to you as a user.

The FatNarwhal name, logo, narwhal mark, site design, editorial content, and original code are the intellectual property of FatNarwhal and its operators and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

Market data, odds figures, and probability numbers displayed on this Site are sourced from public APIs and third-party data providers. FatNarwhal does not claim ownership of such underlying data. We aggregate and display it pursuant to the terms of those providers' public data access policies.

You may not scrape, systematically download, or reproduce data from this Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

FatNarwhal takes responsible gambling seriously. While we do not facilitate gambling, we display information that may be used in connection with gambling decisions. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FatNarwhal, its operators, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any reliance on data, odds, or content displayed on the Service
• Any bets, wagers, trades, or investments made based on information from this Service
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any data or content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service

In no event shall FatNarwhal's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of data. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FatNarwhal and its operators, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which FatNarwhal's principal operators are located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
